Be very careful with SRR Homes aka Excel Dwellings. They keep changing name.
Excel Dwellings which is new name for cheating firm SRR Homes. We booked plots of SRR Hyde Park in 2012 when we were told that approval is in process and should be next 6 months.
1 year passed by and no approval, we kept following up were always told 6 months or so for some reason. We did not have a choice but to wait.
Finally in 2015, Sales/Marketing lead - Mr Vijay informed that Project may not materialize and it's better to cancel. We asked to cancel and refund our booking amount. Also, we were gearing up for legal notice.
After multiple follow ups and visits to office. One of the company director called in a cafe and handed over checks(one for principal & another for interest). To our surprise, Checks bounced. Could not believe such a level of fraud.
